Pride Week 2008 Volunteer L.O.V.E. Program

Lending a hand to Our community by Volunteering so Everyone benefits!

Southern Nevada Association Of Pride, Inc. (SNAPI) has created the LOVE program as a way for you to designate where the money goes that you earn during Pride Week 2008. You can support your favorite nonprofit but make sure it is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Simply write in the name of your favorite nonprofit in the application below. Once all of our financial obligations for Pride Week 2008 have been met, SNAPI will donate the money you earned while volunteering to your favorite eligible 501(c)(3) organization. A donation check will be issued to that organization within 60 days after Pride Festival 2008. For each hour you volunteer at a Pride Week 2008 event, you will earn $10.00 per hour (minimum 4 hour shift).

If your employer offers a matching program for donations to nonprofit organizations, please let us know. SNAPI will report to your employer how much you earned during Pride Week 2008 as a volunteer. Please let us know in advance of any employer reporting requirements by sending an e-mail to volunteer@lasvegaspride.org.

Pride Week 2008 Volunteer Application!

There is nothing more rewarding than finding a way to devote your time, energy and compassion to help others and give back to your community. Please take a moment to consider volunteering with SNAPI. Even though Pride week only happens once a year in Las Vegas, there are many other Pride events throughout the year at which volunteers are needed. Thank you in advance for making a difference in Las Vegas! We look forward to serving our community with you.

We need your time, talent and LOVE. Your favorite eligible charity will benefit for every hour you work!
